חב"ד Young בוקרשט מספקת סביבה מסבירת פנים ומכילה לכל הסטודנטים היהודים הלומדים באוניברסיטאות ומכללות ברחבי בוקרשט, כמו גם ליזמים צעירים המתגוררים בעיר.
הרב יצחק ודבורה רסקין, שלוחי חב"ד בבוקרשט, מציעים מגוון תוכניות ופעילויות כדי לסייע לסטודנטים וצעירים להתחבר למורשת היהודית שלהם כשהם מחוץ לבית.
הפעילויות המרכזיות של חב"ד Young בוקרשט כוללות:
- ארוחות שבת: אנו מארחים ארוחות שבת קבועות, המאפשרות לסטודנטים וצעירים לחוות את שמחת השבת, להתחבר ליהודים אחרים בני גילם וליהנות מסעודה חגיגית.
- חגים: אנו מארגנים אירועים ופעילויות לחגים יהודיים שונים, יוצרים תחושת קהילה ומאפשרים לסטודנטים וצעירים לחגוג יחד בסביבה בטוחה ומוכרת.
- שיעורים וקבוצות לימוד: אנו מציעים שיעורים שבועיים וקבוצות לימוד בנושאים יהודיים, המספקים הזדמנויות צמיחה אינטלקטואלית ורוחנית.
- קשר ישיר: אנו עובדים סביב השעון כדי ליצור קשרים הדוקים עם כל הסטודנטים והצעירים בקהילה שלנו באמצעות מפגשים אחד על אחד ואירוח ביתי.
- אירועים חברתיים: אנו מארגנים אירועים חברתיים מדי חודש, יוצרים אווירה תומכת וידידותית למפגשים ויצירת קשרים בין סטודנטים וצעירים.

Chabad for Students & Young Professionals
Chabad Young Bucharest provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for all Jewish students studying at universities and colleges throughout Bucharest, as well as young entrepreneurs living in the city.
Rabbi Yitzhak and Dvora Raskin, Chabad Shluchim in Bucharest, offer a variety of programs and activities to help students and young professionals connect with their Jewish heritage while away from home.
The main activities of Chabad Young Bucharest include:
- Shabbat meals: We host regular Shabbat meals, which allow students and young people to experience the joy of Shabbat, connect with other Jews of their age, and enjoy a festive meal.
- Holidays: We organize events and activities for various Jewish holidays, create a sense of community, and enable students and young professionals to celebrate together in a safe and familiar environment.
- Classes and Study Groups: We offer weekly classes and study groups on Jewish topics, which provide opportunities for intellectual and spiritual growth.
- Direct contact: We work around the clock to create close connections with all students and young people in our community through one-on-one meetings and home hospitality.
