בראשית היא מסעדה בשרית/דגים כשרה למהדרין המופעלת על ידי בית חב"ד בוקרשט. המסעדה ממוקמת בבית הכנסת (Strada Tache Ionescu 9), פתוחה בימים שני-חמישי, 08:30-13:30 ארוחות בוקר פרווה, 13:30-21:30 בשרים ודגים. המסעדה מאכילה עשרות יהודים מקומיים ומבקרים מידי יום.
מה בתפריט? עוף בתנור, חזה עוף מאודה, שניצל עוף, שווארמה, שיפודי הודו, צלי כתף בתנור, דג סלומון פיקנטי, צ'יפס, תפוח אדמה בתנור, אורז לבן, שועית ירוקה מאודה, מרקים, מנות ילדים, לחמים, סלטים, ושתייה קלה.
כשרות מהדרין חב"ד בפיקוח הרב נפתלי דייטש (פת ישראל, חלב ישראל).

Bereshit is a Mehadrin Kosher meat/fish restaurant operated by the Beit Chabad of Bucharest. The restaurant is located in the synagogue (Strada Tache Ionescu 9), open Monday through Thursday, 8:30–13:30 for parve breakfasts, and 13:30–21:30 for meat and fish dishes. The restaurant serves dozens of local Jews and visitors daily.
What is on the menu? Chicken in the oven, steamed chicken breast, chicken schnitzel, shawarma, turkey skewers, shoulder roast in the oven, spicy salmon fish, fries, potato in the oven, white rice, steamed green beans, soups, children's dishes, bread, salads, and soft drinks.
Chabad kosher under the supervision of Rabbi Naftali Deutsch (Fat Israel, Halav Israel).
